Offering Support
My background as a clinical social worker taught me to help people by getting to know them as a person in their unique situation at any given time. My background in Focusing taught me we are all naturally trying to live healthy, forward-moving lives, and we need to consider our whole selves, we aren’t just bodies or just minds.
I provide support and practical feedback to help people work through or resolve current problems, achieve goals and make changes in long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Blending a variety of evidence-based approaches I draw on what will be most helpful for each client, assessing and reassessing progress together regularly.
